I have over 25 years’ experience in the Food and Tourism industries through brand development, food manufacturing, national and export distribution,   contract manufacturing, quality control and industry consultation. My experience with the UK and Japan in the export market was quite an experience and a rewarding part of my entrepreneurial life. My objective is to share the language of food, wine and tourism through research and education. In between my busy schedule, I am studying Masters Gastronomic Tourism Le Cordon Bleu Australia in partnership with Southern Cross University – due for completion February 2018.   I am also, a lecturer at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney – Bachelors of Business Degree of which I enjoy the opportunity to impart the passion and dedication needed to succeed in the competitive world of Food, Wine and Tourism.
