Maximise Open Access to your publications
Making the fulltext of your publications easily available is known to increase citations it is also a proposed measure of engagement and impact from the ARC for the next round of ERA. Even if you aren’t publishing in Open Access journals, discover how you can (legally) make your articles or postprints available.
