Thor Rigney

I am investigating voluntary professional attrition from Chiropractic through the lens of Critical Realism. My exploration into philosophy is as valuable to me as my research. I am grateful for the support from my supervisors, the Faculty of Health, Southern Cross University, and the SCPA. The challenges of my PhD studies are eased through their tremendous support.

My academic experience and service in numerous committees can be helpful to the SCPA. I would like to see many more postgraduate students take full advantage of the services, support, and passion provided by the incredible administrative staff, committee members, and active members of the SCPA. My research journey is better because of the SCPA, and I want others to know the same.

Nature is my refuge. When my mind needs a break from the intensity of research and the business of life, I like to immerse myself in nature, including walking my little buddy, Buster.
