Hasini Balage

Hasini Balage is a Higher Degree Research (HDR) student at Southern Cross University, pursuing a Master of Business (Research) in Information Systems at the Gold Coast campus. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the United Kingdom.

With more than 12 years of experience in information technology, business analysis, and digital transformation, Hasini brings a strong background in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement. Her research focuses on the influence of Artificial Intelligence on organisational knowledge management and digital transformation across multiple industry sectors.

Passionate about supporting the postgraduate student community, Hasini is keen to contribute to the Southern Cross Postgraduate Association (SCPA) and assist with initiatives that enhance the student experience.‌
